Erick Peterson wears many hats-- Team Owner, Realtor, investor, coach, trainer- and somehow still finds time to bait a hook or head out hunting. As the heart behind Peterson & Co., he specialized in helping Move-Up Buyers & Sellers and Luxury clients, all while bringing a hands-on, lifelong-learner approach to real estate. A Buffalo High School grad ('02) and St. John's University alum ('06), Erick believes honestly, integrity. and commitment aren't just buzzwords- they're actions you have to live out daily.
When he joined Keller Williams Integrity Northwest, Erick jumped right into KW's progressive way of thinking and quickly proved that success in real estate isn't one-size-fits-all. He thrives on finding creative solutions, whether its for a first-time buyer, a seasoned investor, or a complex transaction.
When he is not talking contracts or coaching others, you'll likely find him outdoors--fishing pole in hand, exploring the woods, or spending time near the family farm in Rural Wright County. Erick and his wife, Jackie, keep busy (and happy!) with their three amazing daughters, who are his biggest cheerleaders and adventure buddies.
Paul grew up in St. Paul, Minnesota, as one of eight kids-- which means he mastered patience, negotiation, and grabbing the last slide of pizza at an early age. After surviving life with three sisters and four brother, college probably felt like a vacation. He graduated from Hamline University in 2003, the same year he married his wife, Megan-- talk about a year of major wins! Together they've built a busy, joy filled life with their two kids, Mason and Mylie. Since 2008 the family has proudly called Rogers home (after test-driving life in St. Louis Park and Brooklyn Park).
Before real estate, Paul was a 5th grade teacher at Hassan Elementary, where he became an expert in answering 27 questions at once and explaining complicated thing with patience (skills that come in very handy in real estate). In 2019, he traded pencils for purchase agreements, making the leap to full-time Realtor. Now, instead of teaching long division, he's teaching clients how to navigate the home buying and selling process-- minus the homework. Paul believes real estate should feel less like a transaction and more like an experience. He's all about keeping clients in the loop, making sure they have the tools to make smart decisions, and maybe even sharing a few laughs along the way.
When he's not house-hunting with clients, you'll find Paul lifting weights, planning his next travel adventure, or hanging out with his family. And here is a fun brag-- he's run two full marathons (because apparently selling houses wasn't challenging enough, he decided running 26.2 miles sounded fun).
Being a mom of boys has taught her that they need to run a marathon daily, her house will always be a jungle gym, passing gas is hilarious and emotions are tempered with wrestling matches. Jenny has always been an active member of her community and enjoys investing her time and energy back into the community that raised her. She carries the values of hard work, integrity, and honesty into everything she does.
In her free time, Jenny enjoys spending time with family and friends, mountain biking and coaching fastpitch. She currently lives in Milaca with her husband and three boys, where they own and operate their own Elk Farm - Haven Creek Elk and Construction business - Haven Homes & Design Co.
Shelby's interest in real estate sparked early, driven by a fascination with how finding the right home can transform lives. This passion led Shelby to dive into the industry while completing her degree, allowing her to blend academic knowledge and hands-on experience. By starting her real estate career during her studies, Shelby was able to hit the ground running and apply her expertise to help clients
make informed decisions and achieve their home goals. With a genuine appreciation for the significance of finding a true home, Shelby is committed to helping clients navigate their real estate journey. The joy of witnessing people discover their perfect space motivates Shelby every day.
Outside of real estate, Shelby enjoys staying active through running, coaching, and rollerblading. Whether it's hammocking in nature or spending quality time with cherished friends and family, Shelby values the balance and relaxation these moments bring. Embracing the outdoors and nurturing meaningful relationships enriches her life.
Shelby is eager to leverage these connections and experience to provide expert guidance and support within the community, ensuring that each client finds their ideal him and confidence and care.
From a young age, she knew she wanted a career that was hands-on, people focused, and full of opportunity! Her passion for real estate sparked in high school, and instead of following a traditional college path, Kylie dove straight into the industry-confident that it was the perfect fit for her strengths and goals.
When she's not helping clients, you'll find Kylie outdoors enjoying all that Minnesota has to offer- hunting, fishing, and spending time on the lake. She prides herself on working hard, staying grounded, and building genuine connections with those around her. In her career and in her personal life, Kylie is always striving to grow, learn, and make the most of every opportunity.
